ABOUT SHARON RYAN

After 46 years of living a life doing all that was ‘expected’ of me, I was not content. Then I started to question my life and purpose for living and ended up asking “Who’s Life am I Living???”. I certainly couldn’t find much of my ‘true’ self in that life and realised that I was living a life designed for me by ‘society and their expectations’ - hence my spiritual quest.

That quest led me to Life Coaching and finding ‘myself and my purpose’. Oh what liberation!!! Suddenly my Spirit was Free. Free to discover my own Power, Potential and Purpose. As I delved further into these 3 P’s enlightenment dawned – in a manner indescribable!

My past, with all its trials and tribulations became a valuable resource as I let go of all negative emotion attached to it and I realised that all that I’d been through that brought me to that point of discontent were the building blocks of the Life I was now ‘choosing’ to build. I’ve graduated from the ‘school of hard knocks’ with many valuable lessons that continue to influence my thinking and Life choices. When I look at my Life today, where I am and what I’m achieving, how can I not be grateful for my past, imperfect as it was?

Today I don’t work (for remuneration) a day in my life, I serve humanity for the rich reward of understanding my cosmic connection to the Universe and the Power I have to be able to make a positive difference in this world. I now totally understand the difference between working to acquire (worldly) riches and serving to acquire (spiritual) wealth. When you truly love what you do, you will never work another day in your life – you will serve every day in another’s life and be richly rewarded beyond measure.

Make no mistake, on Life’s Ladder there will always be people below me (less enlightened who judge and discourage this journey) and above me (more enlightened who selflessly encourage and lead me through this journey). Love, trust, self-belief and understanding my cosmic connection to the universe is what gives me the courage and conviction to live against the ‘societal tide of expectation’. I have become this pebble of positivity that radiates ripples of positive vibration and energy simply by being ME – the ME I was born to be.

Filled with endless possibility and limitless capability, I've ventured into the depths of my Being - on a wonderful, ongoing journey of self-discovery. As I constantly shake off layers of dusty conditioning and limited beliefs instilled in me over the years by other people's thinking and opinions, I remain constantly enthralled and amazed at the true simplicity of Life.


Now I CHOOSE to surrender to the energies of the Universe and TRUST that the positive vibrations that emanate from Me will return to me ten fold. Finally, I have discovered my Life's Purpose - TO MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THIS WORLD - simply by being ME and sharing the wonderful gifts that brought me to where I am today. I live my Life's Purpose in service to Humanity and the Universe - ILLUMINATING TRUE HUMAN POTENTIAL!

BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD!

AWARENESS

THINK as if your every thought is etched in fire across the sky for all to see

         For so in truth it is...
SPEAK as if the entire world were but a single ear intent upon hearing what you say
         For so in truth it is...
DO as if your every deed were to recoil upon your head
        For so in truth it is...

Awareness of what we are putting out onto the planet and also a knowledge that everything is connected – and whatever we do touches everything else, because all is vibration.

Each one of us affects the Universe with our thoughts, words and deeds, simultaneously affecting our own lives as we reap that which we have sown – eating the fruit of the seeds we ourselves have planted.

The moment we Think of something the ripple starts and from thought follows words then action. These flow into the Universe and because we thought it, said it and did it, we attract it back to ourselves – cause and effect.

The only Free Will we can ever have is to be innately, tremendously Aware of our every Thought, Word and Deed so that we send out those ripples which will benefit the Universe and bring back to us that which is best for us – to sow what we most want to reap!

Awareness gifts us the ability to spend our lives giving out love and caring, understanding and happiness in all we think and do – and so fill our own world with immense beauty.

It starts within - BE the change you wish to See in the World!

LOVE

Love is not an emotion – it is a state of Being, without a reason, depending on nothing.

Love is a catalyst, an act of touching the edge of God’s garden – it is the gate that draws you in. It opens the inner temple within the Being – without a reason. Love is a transformation in YOU – it has nothing to do with another.

It is the final stage of merging with the Divine. It may be through another but not because of another.

That wave of energy is not physical but because of the physical we cling to it and shrink it.

If you have touched the wavelength of the Divine, your Love will be only wanting happiness for the Beloved.

For no reason you act out your life in total commitment to the beloved, never failing, never lying, never cheating, living in and through truth; giving joyfully, expecting nothing, demanding nothing, living totally.

True love takes you into the Divinity that you are.

Living becomes Loving. If the beloved turns away, you understand that love has not yet touched the heart. And in understanding, your love grows, moving from one to all.

Love dawns not until the heart breaks in two – shatters completely. In that experience one either goes deeper into the ego or moves closer to the Divine.

Loving has no reason. Loving can never hurt another. Who then knows or experiences love?

Only one who surrenders to its fire can emerge with any understanding, in a small way, for what it is. It is a force that takes one and binds you in order that through suffering you will be set free!

MOTHER EARTH

We're not the Lords of this Earth
We're it's Children
Earth's creation, tailor-made to suit our needs
Every detail lovingly designed to ensure our survival and happiness
We lie in the lap of it's Creation
In the strong arms of a Spirit greater than our own
Like babes in the arms of a Loving Mother.

Then we outgrow those loving arms
Develop ego and turn against the very Spirit that nurtures us
Destroying the very essence of our survival and happiness
Turning it all into a money-making racket
Not acknowledging that money made from such thoughtless destruction
Is not worth the price we'll have to pay
For the desolate legacy left behind for future generations.

We are delusional in thinking that the Earth will continue renewing itself
For as much as it has the Power to do so
The Spirit which is Mother Earth demands that we too realise our own Power
The Power of Choice
And right now our Choice is DESTRUCTION!
We're ALL responsible
Because we know it's happening
Yet what are we doing about it?

If We can say that there are some things which are NOT FOR SALE
That there are some things that belong to all of us and to Future Generations
Then maybe other people will hear us and begin to say it too
And someday there'll be enough of us
And we'll Believe that it can be done
That we Can Change The World...
When better to start than TODAY!

The onus lies on each individual to take responsibility for their birthright
To start within their homes, their gardens, their communities...
To educate themselves and their kin
To go back to living in harmony with Nature
To sacrifice convenience in order to SAVE what's left of that birthright
Not only in order that we HAVE a Legacy to leave to future generations
But that we educate those generations to better take care of their birthright than those before them
Ultimately, to LEAD BY EXAMPLE...

It is our responsibility to encourage our Children to become leaders in this revolution
So they grow up in a Culture of Preservation
Understanding that their daily choices impact this living world
That Peace and Harmony can only exist living within Nature
Be not ashamed to share the details of our mistakes with your Children
So that they may learn from them and not repeat them
We were led astray for lack of knowing better
We took not the time to examine the Cost to Nature of our conveniences
We instead revelled in the 'modern living era'
But now we KNOW...

Note: Parts of this Poem were words uttered during a speech in the 1930's by Archie Bellany in the movie Grey Owl by Sir Richard Attenborough.  1930's??? Archie was certainly a Man way ahead of his time...he foresaw Humankinds massive destruction of our natural resources for personal gain - GREED - plain and simple!

JOURNEY WITHIN
I am not a child of Circumstance
I am the Architect of my own Destiny
Fuelled by Hope, Faith and Trust
Builder of Dreams
Driven by Purpose
Alive with Possibility
Unlimited in Capability
Eternally Grateful
Abundantly Blessed
Powerful beyond Measure
Unaware of my Treasure.

Journeying into the Past
Discovering my Roots
Treasuring that which Encouraged
Letting Go of that which Discouraged
Appreciating Good Intentions
Understanding past Limitations
Forgiving ignorance and cruelty
Embracing only Beauty
Illuminated brightly

BEHAVIOUR DEFINETH NOT THE PERSON!

Conditioning > State > Behaviour > Results

Ah...Behaviour - the benchmark that society uses to judge each other! Yet on deeper understanding of the influence of Conditioning and State, Behaviour simply illuminates what lies beneath! A 'dark' balloon (behaviour) tied to a string (choices/decisions) anchored by a rock (state/emotions) in the depths of  childhood (conditioning). Thus any negative Behaviour - addiction, depression, criminal, abusive... - is simply a sympton of a deeper lying Emotional State. Acknowledging and addressing the Emotional State (letting go of all negative emotions and beliefs) releases the anchoring rock which in turn changes Behaviour. What shade of 'dark' is your balloon? Can you see that shade hanging over and repeating itself in the Results in your life?

HOW STATE INFLUENCES BEHAVIOUR

Conditioning > State > Behaviour > Results

Previously discussed - How Conditioning influences Thinking...as you were reading about Conditioning, were you aware of your emotional response to memories of your upbringing? Has it dawned on you yet that the basis of Conditioning is Emotional Response? It is the Emotional Response to Conditioning during early development that is responsible for our State of being. Hence our Emotional State dictates our every response to Life's trials and tribulations...take a moment to think about this statement...whether Conditioning was predominantly negative or positive, it created the type of emotionally responsive Person you are today.  

Considering the current Results in your life, can you see the connection? Acknowledging your Emotional State and the roots of the Emotions attached thereto, no matter how painful, is the first step to the Results YOU desire in your life. Life Coaching is a priceless tool that guides one through the process of 'letting go' of all negative emotions and beliefs. NOT the memories, only the emotions linked to them.  Once a memory is devoid of emotion, what effect can it have you? All the memory becomes is a valuable resource from your past...more about that later...

Conditioning is a part of life where we were powerless, however, the Power we do possess NOW - is over our STATE! A balanced Emotional State...oh the possibilities...Imagine your life's Results if all your decisions emanated from a balanced State? Less stress, trauma, insecurity...more confidence, healthier relationships, success...Our State influences our choices/decisions, hence Behaviour which creates our Results!

In the entire mantra of 'Conditioning > State > Behaviour > Results', State is the most important element of our being - where We get to exercise our Power of Choice over how we Want to Feel! Exercising Personal Power requires Great Courage, for the journey to Reward is always a Learning Curve - often painful, yet totally liberating!
